Welcome!

I am Larissa Cardilo

Nature, the human body and its cycles have fascinated me. That is why my journey began in science: a degree in Biomedicine, a master’s in Biochemistry and a PhD in Immunology taught me to understand this universe. Yet motherhood, change, loss and new beginnings broadened my view of health: not merely the absence of illness, but the ability to live in harmony with ourselves and our world.

I believe the body is our home and gateway, where stories are held and imbalances can be recognised and restored. My mission is to care for women as beings, uniting science, the body and ancestral wisdom.

Today, I support women through transition, helping them reconnect with their essence and transform their lives and relationships.

Shall we walk this path together?

Gentle Guidance Through Life's Transitions

There comes a moment in every woman´s life when simply functioning is no longer enough. A moment when living to meet expectations begins to feel disconnected from who you truly are. You long to understand your changing body, reconnect with yourself and move through life with greater clarity and confidence. This is where my work begins.

Every programme invites you to reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom through an integrative approach that weaves together the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Somatic Bodywork and Natural Gynaecology. Rather than simply managing symptoms, my work focuses on restoring balance at the root, allowing lasting and meaningful change to unfold.

Every session leaves you with greater clarity, practical tools and a deeper connection with your own body—allowing the work to continue long after we meet.

Methodology:

My approach is rooted in the BODY as an active participant in the therapeutic process, we work together to identify and address the underlying causes of imbalance. This brings rhythm, clarity and direction, empowering you in life.

Techniques:

Depending on your needs, the work may include Traditional Chinese Medicine (Shiatsu), Somatic Bodywork (Rebozo, therapeutic movement and breathwork), Energy-based rituals, Herbal, tincture and essential oil recommendations, Systemic practices, Therapeutic journalling and Creative expression through art.

Sage, menopause and the medicinal power of nature

Long before hormone testing, medical examinations and laboratories existed, women observed nature and the influence certain plants had on what they experienced in their bodies....
